How to Regenerate a Response in Whisperit
- Open the “Timeline” tab
At the top right of the screen, click the “Timeline” icon 🕑. This tab lets you review the history of your prompts and their results.
- Click “Reprocess”
Find the prompt you want to run again and click the “Reprocess” button. The AI will re-execute the same instruction with the same inputs as before.
- Get a new version
Even with the same instruction and the same inputs, the AI will generate a fresh response—which might perfectly match your needs this time.
What If the Results Still Aren’t Satisfactory?
- Check your audio recording: Ensure the file is complete, clear, and free from background noise.
- Refine your document template: Adjust your prompt instructions to guide the AI more precisely. Try applying the acronym RCT – Role, Context, Task – to communicate a role, context, and task to the AI.
- Add a knowledge base: Import files or provide additional details in your prompt.
