How to Add Your Vocabulary

1. Open an existing template or create a new one

   Go to the “Templates” section from the main menu and select a template, or click “Create New Template.”

2. Add your keywords or specific expressions
   • In the “Prompt” section, insert your professional vocabulary (e.g., legal, technical, etc.) into a dedicated section, such as “General Guidelines.”

   • Separate words or expressions with commas or line breaks for better readability.

   • Use Markdown formatting to clearly transmit your instructions to the AI. Here’s an example for a veterinarian:

   ## Context
   You are an assistant in charge of drafting a report for [...] **Strictly follow the instructions below.**
   
   ### General Guidelines
   1. Use the correct spelling for all medical terms and proper nouns in the veterinary field (e.g., breeds, medications, and pathologies). Refer to the list below for exact spellings.
   Pathologies: mastocytoma, fibrosarcoma, lymphoma, hemangiosarcoma, low grade.
   Breeds: Maine Coon, German Shepherd, Persian, Labrador Retriever.
   Medications and tests: PARR, cytology, histopathology, doxorubicin.
   If a word or term is not in the list above, keep its spelling as provided in the source data.
   2. Prioritize precise, clear, and professional language.
   3. Write dates in the format DD.MM.YYYY.

3. Save your changes

   Click “Save” to keep your updates. The AI will now take these terms into account to produce more accurate documents.

4. Test and refine your template

   Try using it to generate a document to confirm it meets your expectations. It’s common to refine and adjust the template to better fit your needs.
