Start with the "Getting Started" Document
You’ve already begun with the "Getting Started" document. Great job! 🎉 If not, open it now to get familiar with the basic features.
Once you’re done, you’ll be ready to move on to dictation and customizing your first document.
1. Dictate a To-Do List with the Microphone
Click the microphone icon at the bottom of your screen to start dictating. Speak clearly, and Whisperit will automatically transcribe your words into your document. You can use it to dictate a task list, ideas, or any other content. 🎙️
2. Edit Your Document by Typing Directly
After dictating your text, it’s time to refine and personalize your document. Click inside the text and start typing to edit, add, or remove information. 📝
3. Share Your Document with Colleagues
Collaboration is easy. Click the share icon at the top right of your screen to send your document by email. You can also generate a share link so your colleagues can access the document directly. 📨
4. Export Your Document in the Format of Your Choice
Once your document is ready, it’s time to export it. Click on the export option and select the format you prefer, such as a Word document. This allows you to share or use your documents in the work environment of your choice. 📬
5. Use Templates to Get Started Quickly
Whisperit offers pre-built templates to help you get going faster. Click on "Templates" in your sidebar to explore a variety of ready-to-use documents that you can customize to your needs. 🚀
